FUTURE OF WORK

THE CHALLENGE

IBM Watson needed to deliver a series of high-profile executive forums across Munich, London, Madrid, and New York that felt unified, premium, and on-brand—while still resonating with diverse regional audiences. The challenge was to design a cohesive creative system that could communicate Watson’s leadership in AI and the Future of Work, making complex technology feel relevant and actionable for senior decision-makers.

ROLE

As Creative Director, I led the end-to-end design approach for the executive forum series. I partnered closely with global stakeholders, local marketing teams, and agency partners to develop a consistent visual identity and experience—from large-format environmental graphics to presentation design and event collateral—ensuring every detail reflected IBM’s brand standards and premium positioning.

METHODOLOGY

We began by defining a flexible design framework that maintained a unified brand presence while adapting seamlessly to each market. I directed the creative development of event identities, set clear guidelines for regional execution, and oversaw production of all assets—including signage, stage visuals, and supporting materials. Close collaboration with local teams and vendors ensured alignment and high production value across all locations.

IMPACT

The executive forums delivered a polished, cohesive experience that reinforced IBM Watson’s credibility and thought leadership in AI. The unified creative system helped elevate the events, making complex topics approachable and engaging for senior leaders. The forums strengthened IBM’s relationships with key enterprise audiences and positioned Watson as a trusted partner in navigating the Future of Work.
